The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) recently released its annual report, highlighting key developments in the arbitration industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report was published in the Global Arbitration Review (GAR), one of the world’s leading publications specializing in arbitration.
The report covered several key areas, most notably: the continued efforts to enhance the Center’s governance framework, the impact of the Kingdom’s digital transformation in the judicial sector on the Center’s operations, collaboration with the judiciary as a key enabler of the industry, the growth in the Center’s case registry driven by increasing international trust in its services, and the empowerment of the next generation of arbitrators and shaping the future of alternative dispute resolution. This was reflected through the conclusion of the sixth edition of the “International Commercial Arbitration Moot” and “Riyadh International Dispute Resolution Week 2025,” among other highlights.
